Doesn't work. Did anyone just see that in the Port/GWS game? Absolute howler.

The technology isn't there for it to be consistently effective, so why bother, IMO.

    Thoughts?

I was all for it, now I'm sick of it. If they want it you need cameras in position to make the call. Just a waste of time and ruins the moment right now.

No point having it unless they invest in super slowmo and hot spot.

    Agree with it ruining moments.

I'd rather the wrong decision and lose, than have to use video review.

It's pretty dire. Whenever they need to use the technology doesn't even tell us anything.

The angle of the camera feels like it's a 100m away.

    So jumpy as well.

Every decision seems to be inconclusive. Just wastes time even when the footage seems clear enough to overturn a call at times.

Tonight's decision was so, so conclusive and they still decided it wasn't enough - so stupid. The ball changed direction, FFS.

It's a waste of time. Either get the best cameras available to provide a HD shot, and the ability to slow it down completely or get rid of it.

    Hot spot also needed

The quality of footage is akin to early 1990's cricket run-out decisions.

System won't work without the technology to match.

yea i was never a fan of it, if the cameras cant tell conclusively either way, why the fuck are they there?

Should make a merger with MP's site.
