    I don't really consider the PI teams minnows although Fiji probably deserve to be considered a minnow following their performance this world cup.

    Fiji were always going to get pumped. The head coaches actually think their local based players can compete with professionals playing/training overseas year round. If Fiji are going to go anywhere, they probably need a foreign and as many players overseas as possible (see Samoa, who are capable of beating top nations atm).
