CPL MVP: 5 - Dom Cassisi: Pendlebury had 14 touches while he was on him 4 - Zac Dawson: Petrie junked it up with two late goals but was a ghost for 95% of the game 3 - Mitch Duncan: 31 touches, 14 marks and 2 goals + 10 I50s. Gun 2 - Zac Smith: Really excelled in the ruck and offered a fantastic option around the ground 1 - Dom Tyson: Did the grunt work all day. 24 touches and 8 clearances
It's because he's locking down. It's rare someone contributes offensively while focused only on defense. Only subbed him off as the lock down wasn't needed; the game was won and what was needed if it wasn't was run.
Hmmm, disappointing. Promising from Dawson & Smith at least. Had a chuckle at having 3 of the vote-getters despite the 35 point loss. Also, not that it would have made a difference by the look of things, any reason Schneider never came on?
