If mismatch occurs move Henderson or Watts back depending on who's going worse forward. - Reilly to 1st small, Jonas to take 2nd small if not on 3rd tall otherwise Laird to. - Sub Mullett in for one the weakest player which fits into the roation - Mitchell, Rockliff and to a lesser extent Fyfe form a forward rotation - Wright #1 tagger if someone gets loose and Wright isn't dominating forward. Reilly #2 tagger - Westhoff, Thompson and Daniher to form a ruck relief. Thompson to do it if he isn't needed down back/Henderson or Watts to cover, if he is then whichever of the Hoff and Daniher are doing worse fwd. Naitanui to ruck as much as possible though - Send Watts into the middle if a spark is needed - If leaking/the match situation seems like it requires it move Watts into a loose man. If he struggles use Rance - Hartlett and Swallow both to not run tight in the first quarter. Whoever is more effectual to then be the one to be the focal point of defensive movement from thereon - If all else fails, Fyfe to full forward.
honestly reckon this one will end pretty badly. If Thompson shuts Cloke down it's game over imo, Watts/Hendo/Daniher/Westhoff creating 1/2 matchups in attack at all times which can't really be fixed without sending Kepler back and playing Hampson at FF/only 1 KF when he needs to relieve the ruck/rest
CPL MVP: 5 - Rory Thompson: The key to this game was the Cloke matchup. And Cloke had an absolute stinker. 4 - Nic Naitanui: 23 touches, 10 marks, 31 hitouts winning the ruck and a goal to top it off 3 - Tom Lynch: Took advantage of a smaller opponent and really set up the play through half forward. 19 kicks and 13 marks with 8 I50s, if he could have kicked straighter he'd have pushed Naitanui 2 - Tom Rockliff: Consistently won the ball all day, 29 touches 1 - Justin Westhoff: 20 touches, 8 marks and 4.2. A good game Just couldn't find anyone from the movers to give points to today. Caddy was close but then so were Hartlett and Rance.
Fuck that was horrible. Don't think we had a winner across the ground. Cloke is really struggling at the moment and hurting the side.
Yep it's just like Cloke in real life. It will help when Cameron comes back though to give him a bit of relief.
