Happy with the performance, dissapointed we didnt get the result. Middles killed it just lacked polish in attack on the edges although hard to be critical given the circumstances.
The Boyd/Thaiday thing should've been checked but I'm not entirely sure it shouldn't have been play-on. In principle I think they've got the interpretation regarding lead runners right but I can see an argument for depth on this occasion. Pearce shouldn't have to contend with the ball carrier running behind his own man but given the distance I'm not sure his defensive play would've been any different. Ball carriers quite frequently run behind a team mate but due to depth it's play-on. So I dunno which way I lean.
