Yeah they're just slicing us open on the counter. It's excellent footy.

Lewis Johnston is so frustrating. He's clearly our best forward who isn't Betts or Walker but he could be so much more if he didn't shit himself a little under pressure. His pickup is pretty poor - if he improved that he'd go from 6 touches and a goal to 10 touches and 2-3 goals today alone, could have singlehandedly brought us into it on numerous occasions but fumbled

 

I think so too. Port have been convincingly better yet only lead by 2 goals. If Port at their smoothest and most composed can only get that far ahead we should improve IMO.

 

Fuck though Eddie is worth his 500k p/y in gold atm. Was a cynic but he's converting me. Not only being our crumber but our #1 marking target too.

 

Shaun McKernan despite his clear athletic potential is such a pathetic excuse for a player. The worst footy IQ I've ever seen.

 

Some pretty shitty calls fucking us over here. Wines clearly gave a free away then and Reilly didn't even touch Gray there.

That said we deserve to lose for having Sam Shaw. Terrible footballer.

 

That fucking 90 degree bounce costs us another crucial goal in a showdown

 

Polec is just a great footballer. Don't know what's wrong with Brisbane to A) not see that B) charge a smaller price for him than fucking Docherty and C) not get anything out of him

 

to be fair one goal was directly because of a shitty 90 degree bounce and another two were from absolutely disgraceful umpiring calls. Normally we lose quarters because we're terrible. That one was half out of our control and half Sam Shaw

 

Don't know why we subbed Johnston out either. McKernan would be a far better bet as he's shit and gets monstered by Lobbe anyway. Johnston's probably better in the ruck anyway
