Submit lineups in this thread. Check injuries first. I'll do games as lineups are submitted but at the latest 48 hrs from now, please. Sooner if possible!

Neale Tactics: - Thompson to #1, Rance #2, Henderson #3 - Reilly to 1st small, Jonas to take 4th tall or 2nd small, whoever's better - Sub Mullett in for whoever's shit and fits into the rotation after midway point in third - Mitchell, Rockliff and to a lesser extent Fyfe form a forward rotation - Wright #1 tagger if someone gets loose and Wright isn't dominating forward. Reilly #2 tagger - Ryder to cover KPDs in case of shitness/rotation. Lynch to fall back to cover the short rotation - Send Watts into the middle if a spark is needed
I expected a low scorer - thought Henderson/Rance/Jonas/Reilly/Thompson would have Motlop/Dixon/Walker/Howe/Johnston's measure and thought Carlisle/Talia/Stratton/Reid would have Daniher/Watts/Sylvia/Ryder's measure. Was so wrong.
It was something like 28 hitouts to 10 at HT, Jacobs 4, Dixon 4, the other 2 misc. Evened out a bit though, ended up 48/30 which is about what I'd expect given that Naitanui's a little better at the tap than Jacobs and Ryder's convincingly better than Dixon
That's squad depth for you. None of my mids have a great day but the 14-22 players in there get us over the line. Depth of possessions there is awesome.
CPL MVP: 5 - Joe Daniher: 6.3 from 25 touches, enough said 4 - Paddy Ryder: 22 touches, 12 marks, 2 goals and 20 hitouts. Outstanding game 3 - Charlie Dixon: 21 touches, 8 marks, 4.1 and 8 hitouts. Not Ryder, but still great 2 - Matthew Wright: Spent half the day on Birchall and half on Watson and shut them down while he was on them. 24 touches, 14 marks and 2.1 is also a fantastic offensive game 1 - Taylor Walker: Just scrapes in ahead of MacRae and Ellis, only gets a point thanks to 5 clangers but still, 21 touches, 9 marks, 4 goals and 7 inside 50s is a very productive return!
Daniher's not even that good in this. He's got pretty reasonable speed/agility attributes compared to other 2 metre tall forwards which is understandable but his strength is rather low. Has a high contested marking stat because, well, he excels at that so I'd understand if he kicked 6 goals from 6 pack grabs or something but he only took 5 grabs yet had 9 shots. Shouldn't be that good around ground level so I'll see if I can fix that. A few other KPFs are having lots of shots from open play too which isn't as normal.
Maybe at the U18/VFL level he might be decent. But he can't clunk shit from what I've seen at AFL level.
You don't remember the game where he took 5 contested grabs in the first half do you? What do you think the positives in his game are anyway? It's irrelevant to this game as he didn't snag one but he's probably in the 40-50 range for the comp in contested grabs and this reflects that.
Cloke Ranks 1st, Daniher 32nd. Gap between 1st and 2nd is = the gap between 1st and 20th. Who would you rate as the top 10 or so contested grabs in the comp?
