If you understood where the name CW Mullets came from and/or what CW stands for you'd approve. Clive Waterhouse, ftr.
CPL MVP: 5 - Mark LeCras: No contest - 25 touches, 9 marks, 5 goals, 8 inside 50s, what more do you want? 4 - Jack Ziebell: Racked up the touches and the clearances, top quality game 3 - Majak Daw: Broke the game open in the first and from thereon was dominant 2 - David Zaharakis: A rare shining light with a solid performance 1 - Andy Otten: Was solid all day providing countless contests and linkups.
Kind of. Every time the ball goes inside 50 either one of four things happen - The ball is rebounded - A goal is scored - The siren sounds with the ball inside 50 - The team who kicked it inside try and create some space and kick it back out but turn it over So normally Inside 50s will = opponent's rebound 50s + their own goals and perhaps there'll be 2-3 spare. I know kickouts don't count as a disposal to the person who takes them unless they play on - however if the behind is scored and they boot the kickout outside the 50 while they don't get the disposal I'm not sure if it counts as a rebound 50 or not.
Hawkins was injured Bosh. You're lucky you lost otherwise I'd have been in an awkward spot. I get that it was an oversight as you didn't select Sandilands so I'll be nice. Here's what we'll do. - If you name another injured player again they'll have a setback and miss another week - I'll dock you a point on the ladder As for the Hawkins issue - His injury carries over to next week so essentially his 2 week injury starts next game. How does that sound? I can't memorise every injury nor do i have the time to cross-check injuries with names squads so I'm relying on a little self regulation here. Don't mean to be a twat but, well, don't do it again
We won! Lecras and ziebell were excellent and playing Daw over Griffin as a key forward worked excellently. Looks like jones did a fairly decent job on hodge as well. Overall I'm pretty happy with that.
Ouch, my apologies Skippos. Massive oversight (I've been doing that a lot lately zzz). I'll be more cautious next time.
