problems with installing xbox one game

    Yo so my flatmate got an xboxone for christmas. He went and bought a preowned copy of ryse and for some reason during the install period it keeps coming up with install stopped and just wont install past 35%

    We cancelled the install and tried doing it without the update and now it keeps stopping around the 9% mark

    Does anybody have any advice on whats going wrong?

    Yeah fairly common issue with an easy resolution. Buy a PS4.

    Fairly good. He managed to get it installed in the end

    Im not too sure what was going on in the end
