    Obviously I was beaten across the park, but I think Selwood has been my best consitently across the series so far, was why I wanted to see how we could go without him. Experiment failed :p but It's nab it is the time to have a look.

    Yeah, and no other player stood up. Petrie was immense, and the Croydon midfield just stood up.

    Yeah I expect to be a low possession team cause I think thats the style we play, but we really were massivley out manovered in the middle, which just styfiled our run. And stopped the ball getting Into the forward fifty.

    Interesting stats:

    Bloods covered 317 km, while the Thunder only 301 km.
    Thunder had 7 assists, and the Bloods only 4.
    Thunder had 19 taps to advantage, Bloods only 11

    Not surprising, I think we have decent run of half back, and also quite good run in the middle, which is one reason we don't possess quite as much usually. I think having selwood in the team would get that assist number up a fair bit. And especially in this Hille isn't really a strong ruck contest, but he is a really good mark, and strong on the ball.

    Indeed, when the game started Brown went to Davis and Mackie took Riewoldt. He did an awesome job.
