    Cuthbertson is Australian though?

  2. cloughie09 TJ Clough

He is eligible for england through his parents, also in the case of currie he has already played for ireland, cuthbertson got no where near the aussie team

  3. Starris ER Starris

When SJ back for the kiwis?

  4. cloughie09 TJ Clough

I'm contemplating going to the game in London purely because I've been starved of footy and it's being played one stop from where I live. NZ's team is fucking terrible though. 27 quid for tickets is steep too I reckon.

  6. cloughie09 TJ Clough

27 quid is a little steep, I paid 30 to go to magic weekend and saw 6 games, but I'm a tight arsed yorkshireman

Think Leeds are charging £20ish for the game they've got here, shame. Quite wanted to go too.

  8. cloughie09 TJ Clough

Yeah I was tempted by the Leeds game, with it being easy to get to, think should be atleast down to 15

  9. Ged GEC King

Yeah. If it was Australia I wouldn't think twice about paying it but that seems high for me.

  10. cloughie09 TJ Clough

Yeah especially in an area that not known for its RL heritage, needs better offers on

Oh well we can't win every tour and the team have been going great guns, we will still be in the contest and if one of our halves is half way decent maybe we will pinch a win.

But yeah of all the positions to have two rookies in at the same time....

Given it is in London I am not really convinced the price is that bad tbh. Still dirt cheap compared to most things you can go to down there.

  15. cloughie09 TJ Clough

That is true but just think needs to be a bit lower to try get either casual fans or people who have never been

  16. Callum CJ Laing

The impact that low ticket pricing has is actually thought to be a lot less than the general public seem to think. Unless you are basically giving away tickets then people will go because they want to go, not because of the price, especially when it is a one-off type event. I would be fairly sure the RFL cannot afford to just give away the tickets to the London fixture, so they need to find the balance between a commercially viable event and not over-pricing it. I think the main thing would be about getting it advertised within the South East well, not knocking a bit off the price. As I said previously, £27 is not a lot for a London event/activity.

  17. cloughie09 TJ Clough

Yeah it is cheap but the low price would go with the marketing in the right areas, means can spend more on travel if you need to. Yes they will need to balance and over pricing, but the RFL normally arnt that bad at pricing

  18. Mariner CL Warrington

I got into the RWC final two years ago for £20 so these prices are horrible :ninja:

So what's with this training session at leeds on tues cloughie

  19. cloughie09 TJ Clough

It's just an open session for fans to go down and watch them and then meet the team.

  20. Mariner CL Warrington

Ahh so tempting, I'm so close to there
