He recruits everyone so he has a huge depth and other teams have little. So when the opposing team gets an injury they suffer and Hughesy sits there and laughs.
Not just that, but he actually puts in effort and wants his team to do well more than most, if not everyone, and he always makes sure he gets a lineup in quick after his games been played.
I've put in effort as HoR imo. Gave reasons for everyone not to join any of the other six clubs. Even offered Astele my place as LW.
I've played like.... four (?) games in my entire IHS club career. I would hope to get more game time this season, but if Astele joined, I would have been happy to let him play in front of me. Key to PC success is an unselfish selector. Going to apply that in my role is HoR.
