The content is terrible His tone is terrible Delivery - terrible. It's just awful on so many counts. He's so passive and squibbish. Nothing to trust in him. Not a fan at all. He instills no confidence or passion in the players. I supported his appointment - he seemed clued in, well read and an effective man manager. He's proven to be none. He's weak, he's dismissive, he's tactically inept and shows no passion. Neelds to go.
Yeah, doesn't look like much of a senior coach, fantastic assistant though. The content was okay I thought, but yeah the tone and delivery was awful. I'd have been sitting there bored as hell if I was a Dee.
He's the kind of bloke I'd love working in the back room analysing footage and one on one specialist coaching tbf. That content doesn't work at all without passion and aggression in delivery.
Oh yeah, absolutely not. What he was saying would be best done with some passion, a loud voice, getting them hyped.
I disagree, I don't think aggression is needed. Not all players respond to that aggression. I reckon it was good
DWTA, aggression is at least a sign of passion, unlike the limp, pathetic flop of a speech that Neeld delivered. How can a coach that appears to have no faith or confidence in his team instill the same values in his players?
It's a werid one, some players will respond to that, but others would go the other way. I would rather a coach does what neeld did, rather than just screaming shit

What did you say to the boys after? What can you take from that game? Etc Not much he could say, but he was clearly stressed and emotional.
