There is an option where you can turn instant starter off but with the new update, there's a glitch that turns it back on after every single game.
I am playing on All Madden. Some of the catches the pull off for the intercepts are complete rubbish too.

Yeah I play 2 minute quarters with 20 secs rundown My gameplan is usually to kick off first, hope I make the other team punt an if not they score and I try to score before halftime, get the ball back at halftime, score and then hold on. It means my scores are almost always quite low which makes my offense ranked last but defense ranked first. The simulated games from the other teams playing should be based on the same time limits as I do my matches IMO.
