    It takes time to lean the game. Knowing each champion's moves, their capabilities, etc. Knowing what items to buy and runes and stuff. Use this site to get builds:

    Runes and Masteries don't apply much til you're level 30 or near it, but the order of your skills and items does matter as well as how to play with your champ.

    I suggest tanks for beginners and to be careful. Fighting near your turret is a good idea until you get the hang of things. It's a game about zones. Don't extend too far when the enemy is missing.

    Oh and when you're new, just ignore ragers. You can't help being bad at first.
