Yeah I'm not sure why there's such a big difference in minutes for the starters. Give the bench players a chance to show their form in the early season.
The guys I limited the minutes of heaps weren't great in preseason, tbh. However, the minutes distribution will get more even throughout the team as they improve, but at the moment I don't see the point in putting guys in for a decent amount of time if they're not contributing much on the court. This current line up is mainly me just testing out how the guys who performed best at their respective position during the pre-season fare with a greater load during a game. This line up will very likely change after game 1 is simmed.
If starters fail to live up to their preseason performances than the minutes should get adjusted to give their understudy more share but it definitely makes sense imo to give a few extra mins to the top few from our trials to see if they're the real deal, I think including in tactics to adjust the mins upon the performances e.g if I start struggling that Wheelson takes a few mins back would be a decent idea
Read in another team's thread that they wanted to design a court, so I thought I'd give it a go as well.
Of course he has faith in the tower of power, too sweet to be sour, funky like a monkey sky's the limit and space is the place starting SF.
The streak continues into the regular season Statistically wasn't one of our better performances, but it is good to see us all getting rebounds and contributing on the court.
Next up are the Pandas. Does anyone think we should change our line up for this game? At the very least I think we should change our tactics game-to-game, depending on who we are playing.
I wouldn't worry about it too much considering our bigs are consistently grabbing boards every game. IMO, we're better off with you taking shots because of your ridiculous FG% and have the other bigs worry about rebounding, as opposed to having you try and get a lot of boards and having Downes jack up a tonne of bricks.
