    I found it quite tricky when I first joined, just ask around the forums and experianced members.

    My top tip would be to not spend so much early on and make sure you concentrate on getting good youth pulls and train them up well.

    Will be better in the long run.

    Signing up for a mentor would be a good idea mate, just a little help for the first month or so, to make sure you don't do anything crazy. And also agree with the other lads, definately don't splash the cash to crazy as it's hard to make money in FTP compared to Battrick and you may regret it later on.

    I would also use up all your friendly slots, as you can then experiment with orders/positions etc....
