The skilled talent is not the same as the gifted talent. The gifted talent is related to training and the skilled talent gives a certain percentage bonus on the current skill. If you have a gifted bowler and you have him on bowling tech, his bowling will get trained as well. So as per the talent, it will get trained faster.
