A question: Do most of you try and win as many pavilion cup matches as poss or throw them to protect player fitness? And whose still in the cup?
I'm still in. $$$ is important so I make a run. I've got 4-5 sturdy lads in as well which helps, big time.
I went all out in the cup last season which got me to round 4 but resulted in a failure in all leagues, threw it this season. I accepted a friendly and then joined a friendly comp.
Skip and I have played two matches and have one win each. Should be a good match, I have a feeling he's going to get the win though. Looking forward to seeing how Mahumooth does against his former side.
Mahumooth was never one to rape, just made handy contributions. I bat deep as too so his OBB won't clean my tail; accomplished summary bat at 9, reasonable at 10.
fuck i hope i don't go over ratings. said i'd be lenient and i've dropped two awesome bowlers for 'meh' bowlers but i'll be pushing the 175 definitely. unsure about form and fatigue changes tbh. if I go over, sorry veez.
Khozo has called tails and lost the toss. Koen ponders for a moment before deciding to bat first. Northern Eagles will start their innings shortly. The weather for the match is expected to be Humid and the groundsmen have prepared a Crumbling pitch. Conditions look ideal for the spinners, ideal for the seam bowlers.
It should be an interesting time off the pitch too today between Targaryens and Dogs Boys, the respective official fan clubs. Hertoghs has called tails and lost the toss. Mohammad ponders for a moment before deciding to bowl first. broomesweepers will start their innings shortly. The weather for the match is expected to be Humid and the groundsmen have prepared a Slow pitch. Conditions look like they will produce an even contest between bat and ball. gun, would have batted if I won the toss anyway.
