How would you consider my fielder come the new changes? I've got: 1 Spectacular 1 Expert 3 Accomplished 2 Reliable 3 Capable 2 Reasonable
Consistency > individual brilliance. That's where the ratings are shit. You go in with 4 x spec bowlers and 1 x capable and you'll rate the same in bowling as 5 x outstanding. Guarantee the first will concede more. Your fielding is alright, I'd say it'd rate ~10.5K with lowish sublevels, 11.2 with mediumish? Try and get the lower guys to accomplished at a minimum. If you can rate 13K in fielding you'll be well off.

Me ftr 1 x Spec 1 x Exp 1 x Accom 7 x rel 2 x cap 2 x reas the reas's are my AR's; their fielding req. is much less. One is 31 so I don't bother, the other 23 so I'm working on primaries. will get him to acc one day. My squad is young hence the poor fielding. When they get older I'll have them on expert min by 23 unless they're an AR or Fastie --- my squad's much younger and my fielding about the same.
I will add, all of mine that I've trained (so not flanagan (reas), mcgraw (rel), Myers (spec)) have low sublevels bar Edwards (cap) who's on 6.88 fielding. Arunasiri on 7.42 but the rest are < 7.15 for reliable for example that I've trained.
I better sort out my fielding then - I could be in div 3 for t20 next season... I'm picking that poor fielding would expose me big time there?
You'll get killed with fielding like that. Off the top of my head, my fielding is mostly capable, with a couple of rel and acc thrown in. Will be getting almost all to rel when I get the chance. Although I'm rating about the same as everyone else in fielding.I was actualy surprised when I saw the teams for the first time, thought there would be some of a higher standard.

You're either in the 15 or 30+ range. The way you speak is of someone quite young or quite old on the net. Going for the latter. Although you asking me makes me think the former. I'm really not sure, hence why I asked. You were in Samoa or some pacific island. For that, I'm going with the latter. 35 perhaps. Connections.
