    It's easy, just wait until they have a good game, tell them you were delighted in the team talk and then in a private conversation tell him you were really impressed. Do that once or twice and you should be favoured.

    Just beat Villa 2-1. up to 6th in the league.

    I tried to get rid of Dyer before the transfer window closed, but to no avail. Cunt's been off the chain now, scored a goal in every league game, but he's super pissed and wont even talk to me, wants to leave under the bosman ruling
