    Nah just cause my family are all AFL fans I was never really exposed to NRL, used to go to a lot of Swans games.

    I always went for the Roosters because I used to watch them train 2 or 3 times a week I just never watched a whole lot of games cause no one in the house followed the sport.

    My earliest memories would probably be 99-00. Players like David Peachey, Matty Rogers, Girdler, PJ Marsh, Jason Moodie, Luke Burt

    i was agreeing with you fool. i was showing an example of how quickly the roosters fell from the top without those two.

    and the cowboys played 3/4 of the season without them and barely scraped into the 8 lol, that's nothing to brag about it. they've just got lucky since.

    Of course you can give them credit for finishing where they did. Better part of 2 mil talent on the sidelines for most of the year. 8th is pretty bloody good.
