Cheating may not be the right word exactly but casinos won't let you do it. Just like counting cards. The point is you are meant to gamble, not have a way to work around the risk. The site I found that told me about the tactic had a list of online casinos that it worked on. 2 months after it being posted up the list was down to only 2 online casinos because they became savy to it and stopped it happening. Guaranteed was also the wrong word. As there is no guarantee a roulette wheel will land on red or black ever. However, the rules of chance mean that is highly unlikely that it won't work if you have a decent amount of cash to play with. It is still a gamble but it has far better odds than betting on single numbers say.
No, they wouldn't. You're not a huge player so they don't crack it at you. Casinos do let you do it, unless of course you have a massive bank role, in which case they crack it because they hate getting raped by hit and run gamblers. It's a genuine tactic, but it doesn't guarantee results and isn't more likely to work than betting on single numbers. It's basic maths. Roulette odds are calculated through ratios. Red gets you 2:1 return because 1/2 the results (excluding 0, which is for house profit), betting double on it (say your original bet is $20, so you're betting $40), will only yield you what you've lost plus the amount of your original bet, so if you're willing to risky up to say $320 for $20 good on you. That's the risk you take, and one the casinos are happy for you to take. Roulette is purely a game of chance, there is no way to improve your odds - they're already good enough to give you a 48.5% or so chance to come out on top.
My maths teacher told me about that in year 7 lol There's a finance concept that says the markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent that would seem to apply to this situation
Wouldn't be hard to bounce between tables running that system going unnoticed then. Will try once 18.
Probability is against you using that method (or any other). A colour only has 48.648648648648648648648648648649% chance of hitting. That 1.4xxx% is going to mean that the casino is going to laugh and take your money more than you're going to walk out richer.
but that's essentially 0.006% or something ridiculous. You make out as if it happens every time. It's an effective method.
