After my starter is already fouled out... I want him in if someone is in early foul trouble so I can bring the Starter in during the clutch moments.
If you get 2 fouls in the first quarter the player will get benched until the 2nd no matter what time is on the clock. If they get 1 more (making it 3) in the 2nd benched, but might come back on late in the quarter...and so on for the other quarters.
