    Gun to see Gibson rewarded but this hasn't been his best season.

    im really losing interest in the AA team (and no its not because theres no Cats players) players getting picked in different positions, player getting picked over others who should be there

    As a Hawks fan, it's good to see Gibson get rewarded for his hard work, but this wasn't his best season, pretty self explanatory.

    I actually think they did alright this year in terms of picking players in the right positions, it was just that they picked the wrong players IMO. In terms of picking a team to actually play a game of footy I think the only thing the team is missing is a second ruckman

    Yeah I 100% agree with that and I am glad they didn't pick a second ruckman as I don't think NicNat had an awesome season to be AA. I was just mentioning that if this team played today then there is no one to give Goldy a chop out. But as we know the selectors don't pick the team to actually play a game so it will never be perfect. I think they are definitely getting better with the positions though

    I'd tend to agree with you in regards to previous teams, this year is a different story though. They did a really good job at picking players who played majority in that position. No funny business this year. Was interesting to hear the thought process behind some of the selections also.
