NFI about most of the movies that got awards this year. I usually manage to watch a few films that clean up at the academy awards every year but didn't see most of the movies this time around.
I haven't actually watched any of those films. Can't say the Academy Awards are on my list of must watch shows, unless of course someone like Ricky Gervais is hosting.
Just watched the ceremony on fast forward. Emma Stone looked hot, and Ben Stiller was clearly uncomfortable at having to stand beside her (she was much taller than him).
Can't say there was a stand out awesome film amongst that lot really. A pretty poor showing this year.
Noticed that was the case with most of the guys there. Robert downey jr with Gwyneth Paltrow, George Clooney with his girl as well. I guess it didn't help that most of the girls were wearing unnecessarily massive heels. How fucking skinny is Angelina Jolie btw?
