    Yeh but they’re still in the honeymoon phase. It will only get worse as the season goes on.

    Will be interesting to see what a 2nd Brisbane side does to the Broncos, if they come in and starting competing for a lot of the young talent and take away a lot of the commercial advantages this could turn into a bit of a rut for the Broncos.

    It's between Ipswich (but called Brisbane Jets), Redcliffe and a bid from the Easts Tigers (called Brisbane Firehawks) apparently. It sounds like Redcliffe's the favourite but my gut says it'll go to the Bombers-Jets bid.

    DCE has got to be the most overrated player in the game these days. Flashes of brilliance surrounded by a bulk of shitty passes, kicks & errors.

    Manly haven’t been great but he’s well and truly played them out of this one. Foran needs to start getting the lion share of the ball in the 2nd half although Souths should run away with it and put on a it of a score.

    Just watched the QC game. Dearden, Hunt and Oates should all come straight into the Broncos left side. KHunt was extremely impressive for someone who has been out of the game so long, even first game back and in his mid 30's you can tell he is a class above QCup.
