Nope still a 15 Man Cap. I think Blocka wanted to sign with Giants but can't until the 15 man cap goes, he can play flanker if anyone is interested.

Possibly...how much does he weigh? Surely a prop really needs to be over 116kg, whilst a centre needs to be well under 110kg?
