All depends on the Poke's, go with your heart. Though a great site for predone builds (These are all at least competitively playable, check http://smogon.com/) and get what you need off that. I did my own, but that's not definitely the most efficient, but I don't really like Smogon copy-paste any more, but it's great if you're new.

The story behind Fy is that he started seaching for his name on the forums so he could instigate shit with anyone who mentioned him (How sad is that right.) This lead to people calling him Fy, because that's too short to be a searchable term.
