I know you have Watson and Prior. Who is the third? I was close to picking Rogers over Rudolph as well tbh. EDIT: Just remembered you signed Sinclair.
Won't do him any good. Firstly because I don't even rate some of these players I like, and secondly because my opinion has 0 impact on players who have played a decent sample size of games. But I think he has a gun side anyway. Early favourites.
Marcuss under-estimated the ability of members to research players they'd never heard of and his team has a couple of holes in it because he got complacent, IMO. To be fair, I actually completely agreed with him at the time and would have similar holes in my team if I was in the draft.
I think you think just because people don't go on CW they will have never heard of more unheard of players. I am not disagreeing that some people will have just stumbled across blokes or whatever but some peole who don't go on CW are still knowledge of less mainstream cricket.
People have opening admitted they haven't heard of the players I'm talking about tbh. To cite one example - before the draft started, Marcuss was telling me about how he was going to pick Puttick (a player we'd both spoken about before, separate from CPL) and how he thought he could get him pretty late on because no-one has heard of him. Ged picked up Puttick and said he'd never heard of him. Now there's nothing wrong with that.. it's just happened a little bit more than I expected.
I don't really care who does what on what forum. There's no chance that more than half of the draft would've ever heard of Senanayake, Puttick or others before it came to researching for this draft.
Yeah, I'm not particularly bother about that.. but if you read my post I said I doubt that more than half would've heard of him
