    Freo seem far more fucked wrt injuries than Hawthorn. Add it being in Melbourne, and it's a battle Hawthorn should win fairly comfortably.

    I haven't really rated Collingwood this year, whereas Geelong have shown no real signs of decline. Yeah fair enough it's usually close, but I think this year might be a bit different.

    Other 3 yeah I agree.

    Mate of mine went down and watched Hawthorn train today and said that Ceglar joined in full training with the senior group whilst McEvoy did nothing. Make of it what you will and it all could be bs but there could be a late change

    I'm prematurely calling it. He already is a star.

    Think my last post is pretty spot on though tbh. Jaeger's a gun, Martin - well we can't prove anything there but I still reckon I'm bang on there, O'Meara's a gun. Wingard's a gun, Daniher's looking a gun as is MacRae.

    From last year's crop I think if Scharenberg gets his feet right he can be a top 10-15 player in a Goddard-esque role while I also think Billings and Boyd have elite potential. Aish just a small step below elite potential but a high chance of getting there.

    My Hrovat love was more based on him being the only bloke to concuss me :p

    I think he's a good player but he'll take some time to get over his injuries and adjust to the role he needs to play at his small height. He and Honeychurch are very similar, really.
