i mean my car alone is worth more than that, but ive never posted here about that? i was banned when i played like $2's, and didnt come back until like 1-2 months ago
I cashed out all my money from iPoker about a week ago actually, I'm focusing on producing music/DJing instead at the moment as I'm more passionate about it. Ultimately never ended up going as well as I believe I could have ( god that's a classic gambling cliche) mostly through a pretty mediocre mental game, inability to grind long hours consistently and a general lack of time with school/uni. Definitely think I should have profited more considering my friends/connections in poker, as well as my level of skill. Overall results-wise I've cashed out a little over $2000 before I turned 18, and I have about $1300 locked up in a withdrawal from Revolution that is supposed to be paid by November (although I'm doubtful about that actually making it to me, considering all the strife that is going on with Lock/Revolution). Not the worst, but I'm just not as passionate about playing these days so I'm giving music production a shot at the moment and I guess I'll see where that takes me. Wouldn't rule out a comeback though.
Yeah, Jake linked me that exact page a month or so ago. Another one of the reasons I decided to cash out my roll for now and not put all my eggs into the online poker basket. Also the main reason I refuse to vote for the LNP.
Yeah, but is there really a point to dedicating time to studying and improving my game now when there's a very real chance I won't be able to play 6 months on from now? I really hope it stays but if it doesn't it won't be the end of the world for me anymore.
No. poker will never leave my friend, but fuck i hope lnp doesn't win, will make shit so much more difficult
