Yea i know its a stupid rule but it's not like the French went face to face with the AB's plus it adds to the whole WC final.
I seriously think that the next time the French play the All Blacks, they should just go back into the sheds for the haka. If the IRB won't let them give their own response, just bail to the sheds and leave them screaming at nobody.
There's probably some rule saying once the players are on the pitch and the national anthems have been sung, the referee can start the game whenever he wants. It would make a lot more sense than the halfway line rule. There should be a rule in place, but only if the other side complains about it.
Who gives a shit what they did at the haka. I thought it was a great response tbh and good on them. Didn't help them beat us however
They'd delay for broadcasters anyway. If the anthems were sung and the French just jogged off the pitch, I imagine it'd just leave a hell of a lot of confusion. I'm not sure if the All Blacks would want to start without doing the haka themselves anyway. I'm not suggesting they leave midway through the haka either, that'd be disrespectful to the Kiwis rather than the IRB.
Haha yeah, was thinking when the French were close enough for droppies "who can I text that won't have killed themselves yet and that won't kill me when I start gloating."
So now that your wish for your country to lose the rugby WC failed what's your next move? Gonna try to steal Christmas?
Funny you should mention that. I told my friends/family that I'm not accepting gifts for Christmas this year and that I'd rather they give it to charity.
