    Can't deal with people in this game sometimes.

    I'm playing Lucian, we're trying to siege, I ulti to push them away/clear. Yasuo windwalls their team, only Alistar is in front of it. So I move to get the damage on him. We get engaged on soon after and lose the tf. As they push to win, my team start spamming "OMG REPROT LUCIAN ULTI ALI WTF"

    Anyone else think Lucian will just get stronger off these changes. The only thing they've made worse is the 50 range, outside of that he's worse than ever.

    He will be weaker in lane in competitive play but he is essentially a better vayne now imho. Better able to split push because of q/e double shot damage and mobility will be just as good in team fights.

    I wouldn't say he's a stronger Vayne since a fully built Vayne will still destroy a fully built Lucian.

    I don't think Vayne is a good comparison.

    I didn't read the patch notes correctly so I didn't see that the cd on his E goes down for each of the passive hits and that it was doubled against champs.

    His mobility is rather ridiculous in team fights now but he does have to be closer to the enemy team to hit them so it's somewhat of a tradeoff there. In lane though he'll be much weaker.

    You definitely get Eight double shots as part of a full combo on a champ in any fight. Vayne's Ulti is obviously a magic dueling instrument, but sans ulti's (ie whilst ultis on cooldown) Lucian will out damage Vayne in a duel imo.

    Lucien's laning will still be strong; with the mana deletion on his E he can now really press the issue with his Q and W during lane while having a free escape.
