If you only have one human team then you don't even have to worry about pitch selection. Just going to be bot bashing. Obviously you'll have to pick a suitable pitch for the one home game against the "human".

Yea but I just want to have a pitch selected :p

Might just do a different one every week

Raide - Batting is important but I value bowlers over batters...
You do have to have good ones in both camps but you be surprised how often a lower order guy does well when the others fall appart. I do think you need a good group of bowlers cause I think the match engine averages out the bowlers so if you have a couple of greats they might be brought back down if the others are rubbish.

That's my perception anyways... haven't done the kind of research some of the others have.

Just try not to be demoted!!!
Focus on the games you might win and watch player fatigue.

In my experience bowlers can pull off a nice 20-30 very rarely, looking at my history Samad averaged 7 with a HS of 22, Allanby averages 15 HS 37, Selvi averages 10 with HS 14. It's certainly nicer to have a seamer or two who can bat a bit in your lineup, though sometimes the ones who are supposed to be able to bat don't in practice

All I was saying that in my team the bowlers are better...
I have 6 and they range from Excep to Out...
My top 6 batter are only... actually they are the same. didn't realise my best had gone excep... weird they are identical.

Ignore me I have no idea what I'm on about.

Skippos or Tkp are who you need... he'll go for heaps imo

  12. Starris ER Starris

Looking forward to our friendly young Tkp... lets see how you fair against your own flesh and blood?

I'm liking my lower batting now... not as many crappy guys I can't rely on.

With a bit of tinkering I think I have a diverse attack.

He's worth a fair bit but he's going to go for much more than he's worth. Unfortunately for you, I've been tracking him for a while. I missed out on Ash's UAE keeper already so will be going all out for him. Good luck though.

  15. Teacups CJ Evans

Khan can bat a bit. He's saved me with his batting at the depth a couple of times. It'll be funny because I think he will actually do pretty well against me. I'm going to be struggling quite a lot without him seeing as I haven't had the chance to pick up his replacement.

With my Keeper, should I use WK-bat training, or just pure wk training. Then rotate to batting/batting tech later?

    Post/retrieve post of keeper's skills pl0x

I would only do keeper-batsman training on him for 2 seasons or so. But that's just me.

Keeper bat. See what pops and then you can change accordingly. Just need to keep tech level with batting and keeping. More importantly, with keeping. A positive tech gap with batting might not be all bad if you plan to use him as a defensive opener. Don't let it get crazy though.
