The captaincy skill and experience attribute combine to determine a player's ability to lead the team. So he'll be pretty awesome once his experience improves. He's at capable at the moment.

Will be making a new CS cup but would ask for donations to finance it so it can be a bit better (i.e. 10 teams & 2 legs or something) but that'd cost like 20 bucks and I've finances the last two haha.

Will post once i get to my pc. Last week i got a 16 y/o with reasonable batting, i want to train him as a keeper. Should i train him first for keeper or keeper-batsman?
