hmmm I started in 5 which was about right. It would be a risk if you did end up in a low league - you'd never make wages or have to sell players.
Yet to loose a T20 and one day game so far. So quite confident of getting promoted. However i am second in youth league and the team on 1st rate 10k more than mine. Lost the game from him and hoping to defeat him the next time we meet. Though he has better NRR than me.

I'd get his batting to spectacular and put him on power. Depends on how much you value fielding though.
I don't like him. I can deal with players being a level ahead on bat to tech as tech will be evened by training secondaries. given that putting somoene on batting gives them 2/3 tech for every whole level of batting - you'll never see the gap evened. He's probably only just popped in batting - and to get him to spec his tech will be high spec and excep by the time you put on secondaries. will never be a well rounded player.
