    It's a shame, because Prince is just a waste of time, he's been shit since like 2010 or so. Wallace has always been ordinary. I srsly couldn't live with another season having halves like this, and not knowing if someone like Hunt could have made it better. He really needs to get a few guaranteed games together. Every time he was chucked in the halves, it was for one game, and he had to try to do the impossible to stand out. Fuck Griffin and give him a decent chance so he can either prove he's got it, or prove that he doesn't and we can move on.

    Yeah spot on with that, the lack of change pisses me off a heap. Frustrates me so much more that we were going to start the season with Norman in the halves if not for Prince, that shit is fcked.

    Prince turned it on at the back end of last year, I don't think he's completely dead just yet.


    I'm surprised Hunt is still at the Broncos, thought he would be pissing off and trying to get a run on gig somewhere. I don't actually think he'd be all that amazing as a first choice half, but I didn't think Cronk would turn into what he has either.

    Broncos changed both McCullough and Hunt into hookers, when they were both originally halves, and even played together for Australian schoolboys. Now McCullough has been adjusting to it a lot better than Hunt, but Hunt is clearly not a hooker, and if he doesn't get in the halves a spot he'll probably leave.

    I don't think he'll be anything special, but I do think he could end up being better than Wallace at least. He clearly has pretty good vision, but he overplays his hand trying to pull things out of his ass to make himself stand out in his limited chances.

    What pisses me off is how good he was in the 20s as a halfback, and instead of cultivating it in QC, the Broncos forced him to be a shitty bench hooker. He got poty that year, ahead of players who are now considered amongst the best players in their position.

    I'm not saying performances will always translate from U20s to NRL, but the management of him has been nothing short of retarded.

    He's U20's career is massively overrated, was above average. That being said he has at least shown some vision, just had poor execution at NRL level.

    If we could get another hooker I'd love to see Macca play at 5/8 (although I like him at hooker), has shown some genuine skill when he's been second receiver or so putting on the last pass for linebreaks/tries etc (at least that's what I can remember <_<).

    Probably to do with growing up with a backline which at various points has included cunts like Langer, Walters, Sailor, Tuquiri, Hunt, Renouf, Lockyer etc and now having to discuss backlines with Norman and co.
