Not saying Farhat won't bowl more this season. But it wasn't me that stopped Farhat bowling. I was our premier bowler going into the season and only mouse did better than I did.
OCC is hardly an accurate measure imo. Heads and Narang performed really well in it and didn't do much in the actual season.
Hey, i was in the top 20 run scorers in BS last season despite playing 1/2/3 less matches than everyone else on there. Obv didn't do as well as in OCC, but that is only helpful in giving a general idea of player progression and the other options we have atm is Hurricane or new guys.
You dominated OCC as one of the top run scorers but when it came to the actual season, you were close to being dropped to seconds. Nah, I'm a good example of that as well. I performed to the level of other BS standard players in offseason despite having only 1000 odd posts at the time All things considered, I don't think OCC is the best indicator of a players quality in the sim.
Not sure tbh. Even if he does though, not sure playing NotSure as a specialist bowler adds much to the team. So unless Murtini, GIMH etc.. really gun it in OCC/Care cup etc.. we might have to go with 2 Bowlers, 2 Bowling all rounders and 2 batting all rounders as the bowling options. That opens another batting spot.
