This. We're having plenty of midfielders getting pissed off at lack of game time. Without a Seconds competition available, I can see a truck load of player movement going on with no loyalty being built up.
Indeed. I think this is becoming a necessity as players join this sim. Every other post I read in match report threads is about some guy bitching about not getting game time. For those guys who think Soccer is a bit poncy, there's little point being in the simulator if you're not getting game time.
Well, were getting another team for next season, so that should take some of the load off. The more active guys should get preference over inactive blokes. Soccersim postcount would be gun too.
Don't worry about it this season as you want to finish it by Monday but for next season have it after we get the extra team in.
Given that there will be another team included next season, I don't know how many spare players would be left to make a Seconds competition. However, if there is enough, I'd be in favour of one being established.
