    If contract offers aren't anonymous, they should be made as such. Otherwise the bounty hunters would easily be able to work out the factions, giving them a huge advantage.

    They would be independent, I'd think. Unless he's using both Jango and Boba, which would be weird considering in the time frame Jango is dead and Boba is 12. He's probably using lesser known characters.
