So we did a modern day rugby draft the Sharks subbie, and decided to do the voting in the open forum, so that all members could vote to help decide the winner. The rules were simply that any players who are still playing can be picked and the basic purpose was to pick the best team that could win a game tomorrow.

We have decided to keep the team owners private for the voting period and will reveal the owner of each team once voting has closed. The members who took part were,

    - Arheiner
    - Doog
    - Eddie
    - Harps
    - Mouse
    - Rego

A couple of the guys on there only had limited rugby knowledge and took part to generate some activity so cut them some slack if their teams aren't the greatest, the fact that Chabel was picked in round 1 probably highlights this.

Anyway, here are the teams in no particular order. Please vote for the team that you think is the best overall in the poll.

  2. Skippos SM Morgan

    Spot Arheiner & Rego's teams

  3. Farny AP Farnsworth

This is so hard to call it's unbelievable.

  4. Farny AP Farnsworth

I reckon the first three are the strongest for me...I discounted B mainly because they have Barnes at 12, and eventually picked A over C largely on the strength of their bench.

  5. Weeman27bob BE Force

Reckon the first three are the strongest, probably with B clinching it for me.

  6. BackFootPunch BFP Kirk

First 3 pretty good. But reckon D is the best balanced overall.

  7. Howe JHF Howe

I picked B, Farny has a point but apart from Barnes - who's still decent - those backs are goddam amazing.

Team E is a shocker, tbh.

  8. Howe JHF Howe

I'm really coming around to D since I voted, as well.

  9. Jabba HJ Bots

C's backline is good aswell, Cruden has made real strides in teh last 2seasons. Has a better passing and running game then Carter

  10. Mariner CL Warrington

I like D's backs and their backrow.

  11. Eds E Ames

    a. Rego
    b. Doog
    c. Arheiner
    d. Eddie
    e. Mouse
    f. Harps

    I reckon.

I'll go with D regardless. In fact, it could easily have been A. Very tough.

  12. Gazza GJ Weaver

Still having Elsom in there is lolworthy

  13. Arheiner SIA Yates

Was a 2nd round pick. Then again our early rounds were really weird, having Me, Mouse and Harps in a draft with 3 who understand what they're doing will end like that.

  14. mouse MJ Edwards

    AWTA

  15. Gazza GJ Weaver

    Even more lolworthy

  16. Arheiner SIA Yates

Still have NFI who most of Harp's squad is tbh.

  17. Droos JP Rhodes

Team A probably has the best forwards, but dem backs, omg.

Team B is the closest of the lot imo.

Team C is BS, obvious bias.

Teams D, E an F are very random, but not strong enough imo. Lol @ whoever selected F though, obv VERY limited rugby union knowledge.

  18. Arheiner SIA Yates

D's creator has serious problems with you saying that.

  19. Harps ZAF MacDonald

    Don't lol at me.

  20. Droos JP Rhodes

    :tomato:
