Season 3 Expansion - teams named post 40

I've been thinking, and now that we've got 51 signed players and a heap of FA who can't get contracts I think an extra team for season 3 will be necessary, maybe even a 7th team as well considering I'm now manually doing subs to stop subs getting any minutes at all.

Applications need to be thorough. Two second jobs with "coz im da best!!1!" as your reason why you deserve a franchise will be thrown out immediately.

I've decided upon this early to a) ensure recruitment can be done by new teams before everyone is resigned and to b) make sure those sitting on the sidelines due to a lack of team or lack of minutes stay interested.
