    Does skipping work from the last pick to be made, or on since the person was eligible for their pick?

    Ie. Can I take a go 24hours from when eddie made his pick, or do I have to wait until 24 hours after tarty's

    Once the initial person is skipped the draft carries on and the person skipped can make his pick anytime...
