    If Australia played against India in a test match, with any line-up it is still a test match, if you want to get into technicalities.

    The status of the match over those who are playing the match decide whether it is a test match or not.

    If Australia plays the Australia A side in cricket against India, it doesn't all of a sudden lose it's status as a test match.

    But that's the reason that it's not classed as a test match. Because it is used as a warm up match/ tour match and isn't taken seriously. If you want to get technical, it was not a 'test' of the players ability.

    If it's a 3 test series and Australia comes out and plays that line-up by choice in the opinion that it could be potentially better than another option. It doesn't all of a sudden become a 2 test match series, by your logic. It remains a 3 match test series, whether at full strength or not, it is still a test of a players ability. Every match is.

    3. I feel that I shouldn't be penalized 15 or so rounds in picking over the lacking of ruling of a power aside from my own. Either I keep him, or I get to pick anyone from that pick on wards.

    Yeah, but there's every possibility Scarbrook wouldn't have played if the match actually meant something and had Test status. The match wasn't deemed to have Test status - it was just a warmup for something - so they gave random ****s who wouldn't have otherwise played a game.

    At the end of the day, I don't care what you say, it's not going to change whether he's eligible or not. He's not eligible. Move on or I'll just drop kick your team out altogether.

    Ok, so can I make a replacement pick now?

    Seeing as through technicality, that pick was ineligible and 24 hours passed since it so we'd assume using the 24 hour rule my pick was continually put off by the rest of the draft, giving me the right to pick now?
