If mismatch occurs move Henderson back - Reilly to 1st small, Shaw to take 2nd small. - Sub Wright in for one the weakest players which fits into the rotation - Mitchell, Rockliff and to a lesser extent Fyfe form a forward rotation - Rockliff to tag if need be. - Westhoff, Thompson and Daniher to form a ruck relief. Thompson to do it if he isn't needed down back/Henderson or Watts to cover, if he is then whichever of the Hoff and Daniher are doing worse fwd. Naitanui to ruck as much as possible though - If leaking/the match situation seems like it requires it move Watts into a loose man. If he struggles use Rance - Swallow/Hartlett to run loose.

CPL MVP: 5 - Tom Rockliff: No real standout here, all 5 really were equal. 26 touches and 7 inside 50s does the job though 4 - Sam Mitchell: 36 touches, 11 marks and 2 goals. Wasn't very efficient though. 3 - Jackson MacRae: 32 touches, 14 marks but 6 clangers :/ 2 - Tom Lynch: 23 touches, 11 marks and 3 goals 1 - Jack Watts: 20 touches, 3 goals and 4 clearances.
Yeah, and the beauty of it is that you'll get 22 new players next season. It's a balance thing more than anything really, reid and black are both okay 3rd best forwards on a list but neither are great 2nd fwds let alone 1st fwds, they'd both have performed at afl level having the 2nd/3rd best defender on them but in this they're getting the best and it's a step up. The smalls are okay but nothing special. You got flogged today though because you were conclusively smaller across the park. Each of my small defenders had about 5cm on your smalls, my tall backs had 5 cm on your talls, the midfielders had 5-10 midfielders and especially down forward, of the 7-8 blokes who spent time there (naitanui spent none, ftr, so this excludes him) they were: 201cm, 199cm, 196cm, 196cm, 191cm, 190cm while your defenders were 197cm, 192cm, 188cm, 187cm, 186cm and 178cm and the latter 4 are all small bodied ones. Just got outmuscled and outmarked; 50-60 more marks across a game makes it unwinnable, unfortunately.
