The referee has penalised Kovas for flopping in late and the Hawks will get a great shot to put first points here. Taylor, kicks for touch, gets a good amount on it and the Hawks will have the ball 25 out now. It is tapped by Wilson who gives it on to a barging gemmell who charges forward…he gets taken down 15 out now. Retzel is given the ball for a hitup..he charges forward….STILL GOING….and finally gets stopped just 5 metres out! It comes to Wilson who throws it to gayler, Tyson wraps around him..TYSON CHARGES FOR THE LINE! He is…short…3rd tackle, it comes back to taylor who throws it wide to stacker he throws it to Gayler..they have numbers here…Gayler flings the ball…NO HE DUMMIES…GAYLER GOES STRAIGHT THROUGH! GAYLER FOR THE LINE…..GAYLER WILL SCORE! Try to the hawks! The defender got absolutely bamboozled by a simple dummy and Gayler scores the opener for the away side! 0-4 with a kick to come. Yeah, same. I tried the same back row in Round 1 but with you and Charles swapped, but Charles doesn't actually have second row in his positions so he had a shocker. I'm sure Charles will be gun in his rightful spot; my worry is that you won't be quite as ridiculously awesome in the second row.
Update - 15th minute:: The Donkehs get ready for the kickoff after conceding a try. It comes down field to Retzel…....................WHO DROPS IT!!!!!! He has dropped the ball absolutely cold, the crowd cheers and the Donkehs will have a chance to hit back straight away from a goal line drop out. Bad mistake there. Taylor sets his troops, he kicks it down field..not the best we have seen, it lands on the 40 metre line and in comes a charging Storer who hits it up hard and straight. He gets taken down 30 out. The ball comes to Cribb, who decides to charge it forward himself and he gets taken down 22 out from the line. Webber comes in he looks to scoot…the crowd claims an offside penalty….AND THEY GET ONE! Penalty to the Donkehs, the hawks were deemed to be offside. Cribb grabs the ball, he decides to tap and go himself, he gets taken down 10 out from the line. The whistle has blown though, ANOTHER PENALTY! The referee has said that the Hawks never got back on side and another penalty to the Donkehs now. They now settle it down, Perry looks to the sideline, well…Perry has pointed to the posts and the Donkehs will go for the 2! Interesting decision this one! 10 out right in front and the Donkehs will look to get back within 2, I would have thought they would put on more pressure. I guess this is part of their game plan. Dorn, lines it up…strikes it and….its over with ease. The Hawks still lead 2-4.
