    Definite no about the weight. Possible about the height.

    I reckon the height needs to be restricted. Anything over 200cm is just unrealistic.

    Assuming people with 1 foot and abit of the other wont be as strong with their main foot as people with just 1 foot

    Well their main foot won't be as strong but they should be more versatile I would say. Are advantages and disadvantages to them all.
