The Bandits FC have announced that they are to take their pre-season tour in Germany. A different style of football is played in Germany than compared to where the Warriors and Cyclones are playing in Brazil and Portugal. In traditional German style the teams will be more organised than the teams that their rivals will go up against, however there are plenty of nationalities playing football in Germany so there will still be plenty of flair and skill in the teams too. This doesn't actually apply. There should be a way to get this to happen, but it won't be this season. You should be able to use 5 subs though.
