Pick a team

Yeah I forgot Bedsey. Should've put him at 7 and you in for Deane

  2. Baxter MJ Deane

Been picked twice. Which is twice more than expected.

  3. Cribbage RG Cribb

I think Blunder only picked you so he could piss you off by batting you at 8 below Gazza, and Howe retracted his selection of you.

    So taste it.

  4. Baxter MJ Deane

So I was picked twice? Cheers.

  5. Furball G Furball

Which isn't what you said the first time.

  6. Baxter MJ Deane

Yes it is. I have been picked twice. Whether or not I've stayed in those teams or the reasons for being picked are irrelevant. I have been selected in this team on two occasions.

I wouldn't even pick myself and said that I didn't expect to make any sides so I don't know what I'm meant to be 'tasting' or why you've stuck your fucking oar in.

    2-1=1

Pick a cricsim team to vs England in a test series.

With an abundance of elite spinners would be interesting to see what balance would be adopted.

  10. Cribbage RG Cribb

    1. %BJT Manera
    2. %SM Morgan
    3. Want to pick Rusty or GYR but they're in gash form so it'd be Deane/Parker/Martyn and probably a reshuffle
    4. %J Torres
    5. %SA Flack
    6. %JA Chewie
    7. %LE Schaw
    8. %GJ Weaver
    9. %AD Hunt
    10. %WC Welker
    11. %DA Eggman

What would a typical english test pitch be?

    6 fast
    9 medium
    4 spin

I thought maybe you'd only go in with the one spinner and usealec or heef. Skill gap too vast?

  12. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

4 Vipers bowlers in that team :p

  13. Mariner CL Warrington

Depends where tbh, somewhere like Trent Bridge is nothing like Lords. Less medium anyway imo.

  14. Baxter MJ Deane

    Important bit quoted.

  15. Baxter MJ Deane

    I'm a #3 bro

  16. Howe JHF Howe

That's more like a county wicket, really.

Depending on the ground or time of year it'd be more like 5 fast, 2 medium, 3 spin.

  17. Callum CJ Laing

I'd presume English conditions would be difficult to replicate on the simulator, as it presumably doesn't have a "swing" factor in it. England is way more about what is happening above than below IMO.

    1. Cribb
    2. Morgan
    3. Delonge
    4. Gemmell
    5. Martyn
    6. Dempsey
    7. Flack
    8. Weaver
    9. Ridd
    10. Welker
    11. Davis

I always assumed medium orientated was swing and fast orientated was skiddy

Chewie's hardly much chop at OD either, I'd probably take the better bowler of the two.
